Dragonflies is a non-profit childcare provider offering a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for children aged 3–11.

We provide breakfast, wraparound and after-school care during term time for children attending Lakeside Primary School, as well as full-day childcare during school holidays for children from Lakeside and other local primary schools.

Established by the Lakeside Primary School PTA in 1995, Dragonflies has been supporting local families for over 30 years. Based on the school site, we provide a familiar and secure environment where children can relax, play, make friends and enjoy a wide range of activities.

Our experienced and caring team are committed to making every child feel happy, included and valued, while encouraging independence, confidence and positive friendships.

Dragonflies is registered and regulated by the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CIW), giving parents peace of mind that their children are cared for in a safe, supportive and nurturing environment.

A happy place to play, grow and make friends — with peace of mind for parents.
